The Orange County Register conducted a survey looking for the Top Workplaces in Orange County.  Each employee at the Comoso, Santa Ana branch was asked to respond to 26 questions and to rate the leadership of the company.  Companies ranking are based on the employee's response to these statements and each response is given a numeric value, ultimately providing each company with an overall score.

Top Workplace winners for 2014 include:

• 15 large companies (defined as companies with over 500 employees working in Orange County), 
  
• 35 midsize companies which have 100-499 employees, 
  
• 50 small companies with more than 35 employees and less than 100 working in Orange County. 
  

The Orange County Register awarded Comoso 6th place in the overall rankings, small company category.
