  • Constructed from a high bulk fiberglass fiber that is woven to produce a hollow sleeve, it is then coated with a thick covering of iron oxide red silicone rubber.
  • Can be easily installed over hoses, cables, tubing or pipes. It offers excellent resistance to molten metal splash, radiant heat, abrasion, corrosive atmosphere, moisture, chemicals, vibration, and electricity.
  • In addition to protecting hoses, cables, pipes, etc., Fire Sleeve can protect operators from incurring scorching burn injuries on hot braided hoses and pipes. Fire Sleeve's excellent moisture resistance makes it ideal for outdoor applications.

Fire Sleeve is a sleeve that can be easily installed over hoses, cables, tubing or pipes. It offers excellent resistance to molten metal splash, radiant heat, abrasion, corrosive atmosphere, moisture, chemicals, vibration, and electricity. 

In addition to protecting hoses, cables and pipes etc., Fire Sleeve can protect people from incurring scorching burn injuries on hot braided hoses and pipes. 

Fire sleeves excellent moisture resistances make it ideal for use outdoors. 

  • Temperature Capabilities: Rated for 500°F (260°C) continuous exposure, up to 2000ºF (1093ºC) for 15-20 minutes and up to 3000ºF (1650ºC) for 15-30 seconds.
  • Dimensional Data: Available in diameters from 1/4” (6mm) to 5” (125mm). Standard lengths are 50 ft (15 mtrs) and 100ft (30 mtrs) Nominal wall thickness – 0.135” (3.43mm)
